How to Return an Order
We make amazing products every day and believe our team and partners work their best to satisfy you, so we would be very sorry to hear if a customer wants to return their order.
Due to food safety and security reasons we are legally unable to accept any opened products back at our facility. If a customer wants to return unopened packs, these must be returned within 5 business days of original order receipt, at customer’s own shipping expense. Ship orders back to Bienestar Products at the following address:

Once you’ve shipped, it email us Office@Bienestar-Products.com and send us your detailed tracking information. Once we confirm receipt of customer’s returned shipment and accounted for those unopened contents in re-sellable condition, we will review for refund approval of those unopened returned products. Please keep in mind original shipping is non-refundable nor the return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will apply and be deducted for the time it takes our team to received, review, and go through all the steps to receive these products back. The refund process takes up to 30 business days for processing on our end plus the credit card company processing time as well.
